Pork stew with peas (2)
Instructions
Put in a casserole the bacon, onion and extra virgin olive oil.
FRY.
Add the stew.
Stir and add the white wine.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Shortly before the end of cooking add the peas.
Stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of pork stew
- 400 g of peas
- 100 g of bacon
- == 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 glass white wine
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
