Instructions
Cut the meat into small pieces.
In a saucepan on high heat to skim the butter and add the meat, stirring well and making it Brown from all sides.
Aside from mixing 1 teaspoon of flour in marsala sauce, dilute with 3 tbsp water and emulsify with care.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the meat, season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

- 500 g of sliced veal meat
- 30 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
