Instructions

Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt, put the stew and passing it in the breadcrumbs.

Melt the butter in a frying pan with oil, place the meat and browned on each side.

Add the milk, salt, pepper, cook covered over low heat for about an hour and serve warm.
