Instructions
Melt the butter, Brown the onion thinly, add the nut and wine and, if it were to dry too much, a little water.
Combine saffron and mix well.
Cook spaghetti al dente and pour in mixture, stir and let stand for 2 minutes.
Merge, if necessary, a little of the pasta cooking water.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
