Spaghetti with sausage
Instructions
Peel the sausages, brown them in butter with chopped onion, Deglaze with the wine and, when evaporated, add the peeled tomatoes, chopped and pressed.
Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 4 sausages
- 20 g of butter
- 1/2 onion
- 1 glass white wine
- 6 peeled tomatoes
- 60 g of parmigiano
- Salt
