Spaghetti with arugula
Instructions
Clean, wash and coarsely chop the arugula.
Melt the butter in a pan, pour the Arugula and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often; Add salt, pepper and stir in the cream and the Parmesan cheese.
Continue cooking, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sauce reaches the right density.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and toss with Arugula sauce.

- 400 g of pasta spaghetti type integrals
- 2 bunches of arugula salad
- 300 g of cream
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
