Instructions

Prepare a very dense béchamel sauce with butter, flour, milk and a pinch of salt.

Combine the cheese and then the 3 egg yolks, mix and add the whipped egg whites.

Pour all into a buttered mould and bake in moderate temperature for 1/2 hour.

Do not open the oven during cooking.
