Spinach Flan (Sformato di Spinaci)
Instructions
Boil the spinach.
Season with butter and garlic.
Let them cool, then add beaten eggs with a little milk, parmesan and mix.
Place the mixture into a buttered pudding mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then unmold.

- 50 g of butter
- Garlic
- 600 g of spinach
- 4 eggs
- Milk
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
