Puff pastry with curried scampi
Instructions
Boil shrimp in salted water to which you've added a few slices of onion.
Drain, sgusciateli and keep aside the cooking liquid.
In a small saucepan mix butter with a little flour and, stirring constantly, gradually add the cooking liquid of scampi, set so that the cream to fail eventually too soft.
After a quarter of an hour this sort of smooth is ready.
Add salt, cream.
one teaspoon of curry, the yolk and scampi.
Fill the puff pastry with the mixture and place in hot oven for a few minutes before serving.
