Celery shrimp and zucchini
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots in olive oil, add the courgettes cut into very thin strips, a pinch of salt and a little pepper and saute over lively.
Boil for a few minutes the shrimp in salted water, add the zucchini and season.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and then jump into the pan of sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

- 320 g of format paste celery
- 4 zucchini
- 250 g of shrimps
- 1 shallot
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
