Celery with gorgonzola
Instructions
Remove celery stalks and wash them thoroughly under running water.
Dry, allineateli on a chopping board and pareggiateli with a sharp knife, so they are all the same length, then transfer to a serving dish, preferably rectangular in shape.
Place the softened butter in a bowl, knock it in cream, then add the gorgonzola, a bit at a time, embed perfectly.

Make firm the cream in the refrigerator for half an hour, then spread it on stalks of celery and serve.
