Prawns for appetizer
Instructions
Wash the prawns and boil them in water with salt, bouquet garni and peppercorns.
When they are cooked sgusciateli and put the code in a bowl rather large, that will keep warm in a double boiler.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce in a bowl, beating with a fork oil, finely chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
Arrange the shrimp on a plate heated service, pour over the sauce and serve.
If the shrimp are fresh, you should serve them hot enough, preparing them quickly.
You can also serve cold, but succeed less tasty.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of whole fresh scampi
- == 1 bouquet garni (parsley, thyme, 2 Bay leaves)
- Salt
- White pepper in grains
- For the sauce:
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
