Tasty scallops (2)
Instructions
Coarsely chop mushrooms, artichokes and gherkins.
Flour the meat and cook it in butter to moderate flame.
Drizzle it with the wine, let it evaporate then add salt.
When cooked by fire and try and keep it warm.
In the same pan in which meat was cooked heat the chopped vegetables and capers.
Pour over the scallops and serve.

- 400 g of veal slices
- 50 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of artichokes in olive oil
- 30 g of pickles
- White wine
- Capers
- Flour
- Butter
- Salt
