Instructions
Flour the slices.
Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan, place the meat and Brown it on both sides.
Wet it with marsala wine and allow it to evaporate over low heat.
Dilute the preserves with a tbsp of water and blend with the slices, add salt and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Thinly slice the gherkins and add them to the meat.
Let stand for a few minutes and serve the slices covered by cooking.

- 500 g of veal slices
- 1/2 cup of dry marsala wine
- 4 pickles
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
