Sweet and sour scallops
Instructions
Lightly flour the slices and cook in butter where you added the anchovies and the chopped parsley.
When the slices are baked, drizzle in marsala and let them simmer for a few minutes to insaporirsi.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 slices of well-beaten veal
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 100 g of butter
- Smell of nutmeg
- Some of anchovies
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
