Turkey scaloppine with capers
Instructions
Brown Turkey slices in hot oil about 1 minute per side.
Reduce the heat and cook for another 6 minutes.
If you tend to stick to add very little cold water.
Place the meat in a pot.
Pour into the Pan about 2 tablespoons of water, then add the chopped capers, lemon juice, butter, salt, stir and spread over the meat.

- 400 g of sliced turkey breast cut ends
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 1/2 lemon
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
