Pilchards to aromas
Instructions
Clean the pilchards, removing their heads and intestines, then place them in a baking dish by placing them in a radial pattern.
In a bowl beat the lemon juice with the olive oil, oregano, fennel seeds, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the sardines, then cook in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 800 g of sarde
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
