Sausage cacciatore
Instructions
In a pan place the sausages with some butter flakes; punzecchiatele and cook over low heat.
Drain, put them aside.
In cooking fried half chopped onion with 1 garlic clove, peeled, set add the salt and pepper; Add the sliced mushrooms and Cook 10 minutes.
Place back into the pan the sausages, cover and cook 15 minutes.
Instead cultivated mushrooms you can use dried ones (30 g) first required to bathe in warm water.
Serve with slices of homemade bread.

- 400 g of sausages
- 200 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
