Instructions
The doses are for 10 cl of salsa.
Dilute a pinch of salt in the vinegar, stir well, then mix them with oil along with the other ingredients.
Stir thoroughly and finish with a little freshly ground pepper.

- 5 cl of olive oil
- 5 cl of wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped tarragon and chives
