Mornay sauce with the thermomix
Instructions
Add in the milk jug, cream, flour, nutmeg, butter and salt: 90 minutes at room temperature 7 speed 4.
After join the Gruyere and the yolks: 5 seconds at speed 5.
Serves for Browning pasta, chicken breasts and boiled vegetables.
You can pour on the pasta brisée and get an excellent quiche.
Tips: If you wish you can replace the cream with the milk.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 300 g of milk
- 200 g of cream
- 80 g of grated gruyère cheese (or cheese grated parmesan)
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- Nutmeg
- Salt
