Instructions
Work the ricotta with a fork; Add the lemon juice and tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Beat the egg whites and stir gently to the sauce.
You can serve it with cucumber, mushrooms, leeks, asparagus, celery, turnip, cauliflower, etc.
