Cold mascarpone cream
Instructions
Beat eggs with 4 tablespoons sugar until foamy and are swollen.
Combine the mascarpone, savoiardi biscuits and jam and dunked with brandy.
Stir the mixture and divide it into dessert cups.
Keep in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of chestnut jam
- 50 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Brandy
