Applesauce (Salsa di Mele)
Instructions
Wash, Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
Put them to cook in saucepan over low heat, and covered with wine and butter.
When done, and frequently mash till you are mashed.
Let the water evaporate and remove the lid and add the cream, stirring to mix.
If you want a more aromatic sauce, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or powdered ginger.
This is a simple sauce that can accompany roast, venison roast, grilled pork chops.
It has a sweet and sour flavor.

- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 curl of butter
