Apple Sauce (Salsa Alla Mela)
Instructions
A large Apple, peeled and cut into cubes and put it into a bowl, then add the fontina cheese cut into cubes, sliced cooked ham and nuts shelled and coarsely chopped.
At this point, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon, stir well and then pour the boiled rice and well drained.
