Spinach sauce
Instructions
Clean the spinach, wash them under water several times to remove the topsoil.
Cook without adding water (within 5 minutes).
Drain them, spremeteli well and beat them.
In a saucepan melt the butter left, pour the milk and spinach smoothie.

Let thicken and take care to stir the mixture occasionally.
If it tends to remain liquid, add one tablespoon of flour into the pan on the fire again 10 minutes.
Withdrawn, check the salt and season with a pinch of white pepper.
If you use this sauce to season the pasta (butterflies, pennette smooth), complete with plenty of grated cheese served separately.

- 800 g of spinach

- 1 tablespoon of flour (optional)
