Salmon Dill-Scented
Instructions
Mix sugar, salt, pepper and Dill sprigs.
Private skin salmon, spianatelo and cut it in half.
At this point, fill it with the mixture and wrap it up in plastic wrap.
Place them in a baking dish with a weight and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 48 hours.
Once ready, remove the enclosure, cut into thin slices and place it on a serving dish.
In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard and Dill chopped, seasoned salmon with this sauce and serve.
You can accompany it with boiled potatoes and toasted bread smeared with butter.

- 1 fresh creamy cheese that has
