Salmon egg tartlets
Instructions
The small pastries must already be cooked.
Peel and slice the onion.
Move the blender with half of salmon eggs, chopped parsley, cheese and pepper.
When the mixture is homogeneous, discover and add salt.
Pour the preparation in a pastry bag with nozzle grooved and garnished liberally the small pastries.
Sprinkle on each the rest of salmon ROE.
Suggested wine: Riesling Oltrepo pavese.
