Instructions
Blanch almonds in boiling water, peeling and chopping.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add butter, almonds, flour, cocoa and egg whites until foamy.
Mix well and pour into a buttered and floured.
Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool, cut into 2, fill with jam, reassemble the cake and cover with chocolate frosting.
