Roll of mortadella bolognese
Instructions
Prepare the 2 sheets of aluminum foil, overlap 2 sheets of parchment paper, and spread the leaves of Swiss chard (1 layer) then the slices of mortadella.
Prepare a stuffed with minced meat, parmesan and eggs, mix and spread on mortadella.
Roll, close the edges with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve hot, excellent cold.

- 500 g of minced pork shoulder
- 300 g of boiled chard leaves
- 12 slices of mortadella
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
