Instructions

2_07095 ROLL of HAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the dough: 4 eggs, 300 g flour and salt.

For the filling: 300 g of cod, 700 g of potatoes, 1 l of milk, 150 g Parmesan, a bunch of chopped chives, salt.

Snow firmly mounted egg whites with a pinch of salt; in another bowl beat the egg yolks.

Add the egg yolks gently stirring from bottom to top.

Gradually add the sifted flour without ceasing to stir gently to obtain a creamy mixture but not too dense.

A rectangular Pan lined with baking paper and pour the mixture.

Put in oven pre-heated at 180 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

It should not stain, but will become more compact and elastic.

Remove from oven and cover with a clean kitchen towel.

Place the cod in a steaming, and in the meantime, Cook the potatoes in salted water.

When cooked, drain the potatoes, Peel and put them in the potato masher.

Mix the mashed potatoes with milk, butter, grated Parmesan and, if necessary, a pinch of salt.

Keep warm.
