Instructions
Make the dough with the ingredients listed and pull it to browse round and thin.
Prepare the filling: beat the eggs with sugar, softened butter, apples, peeled and cut into thin slices, crumbled walnuts, chopped cedar, the bread crumbs and rum.
Spread this mixture over the dough, make a roll, place a wreath in a buttered baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 240 degrees.
Withdrawn when the dough has become a beautiful golden color.

- For the dough:
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of butter

- 100 g of candied citron
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 dram of rum
