Roast beef in vinegar
Instructions
Remove the skins and meat fat, tie it and put it in a pan with oil, vinegar and pepper.
Cook over high heat for 25 minutes, turning about without sting the flesh with a fork.
Add salt halfway through the cooking.
Remove the Pan from heat, cover with the lid and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

- 400 g of beef tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
