Rustic risotto
Instructions
Saute Bacon with chopped onion, tomato and olive oil.
Add the rice, season, add the beans already boiled and sprinkle with wine.
Evaporate and lead to combining cooking, a little at a time, the hot broth.
In the end, stir in butter and serve with grated Parmesan to taste.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 300 g of borlotti beans
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 75 cl of broth
- 1 walnut butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
