Instructions

Let dry onion and when slightly Golden, add the rice and toast.

At this point, pour broth and proceed to normal cooking.

When the rice is al dente mix chopped tuna, grate a little lemon zest (yellow part only), and finish cooking.

Before serving, stir the rice dishes with milk and sprinkle with parsley.
