Instructions

Brown in butter finely sliced onion.

Add the rice and let stand for a few minutes.

Join the sparkling wine and evaporate high heat.

Bring the rice for doneness by adding the broth a little at a time.

Shortly before removing from heat combine cream and check the salt.

Let thicken slightly and serve.
