Risotto with Lettuce (2)
Instructions
Wash and dry the lettuce, remove the stalk and cut it into strips.
Fry the chopped onions in a knob of butter and a little oil, add lettuce, add salt, cover and steam for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the rice, Cook a few minutes, add the broth a little at a time and after about 15 minutes, turn off the heat, add the parmesan and 20 g of butter, turn again and serve.

- 350 g of rice
- 30 g of butter
- 12 leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 onion
- 150 cl of broth
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
