Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the rice and toast for a few minutes, then pour the boiling milk and, stirring constantly, let it absorb.

Cooking rice dishes by adding a little at a time the hot broth.

A few minutes before the end of cooking, add the brandy and orange juice along with the zest.

Add salt and pepper, stir and ultimate cooking.

Decorated with orange rind.
