Instructions

Fry the chopped onion with 80 g of butter.

Add the mushrooms, season, add the rice and after 6-7 minutes pour the hot broth.

Cook over a moderate heat and, if necessary, add more hot broth.

Check the salt.

Before serving add the rest of the butter and a handful of grated Parmesan.
