Treviso radicchio on grill
Instructions
Clean the heads, cut them into quarters, wash and put.
Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic in the mortar.
Cook, a few at a time, on the hot grill, turning them gently as they become well browned on one side.
Serve them hot.

- 700 g of radicchio di treviso
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
