Do I cook the spinach a little.
Smash the eggs, add the cream, salt and pepper, grated cheese, chopped spinach.
Put the mixture on the bottom of the dough semisfoglia (sometimes I have over slices of fresh tomato or pieces of Sun-dried tomatoes).
Do I cook during 45 minutes.
It's delicious and no meat!
