Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry into a Pie Tin low letting a bit of dough is extruded from the edge; coat the inside with the ham and over putting the slices fontina.
Aside, smash eggs dish, add salt, milk and some cream.
I scroll the excess dough and make a border all around; to the mixture prepared inside the Pan and put in oven up when cooked.
During cooking the mixture swells but, once out of the oven, deflates alone.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of ham
- 200 g of sweet cheese fontina
- 3 eggs
- Milk
- Cream
- Salt
