Artichoke Quiche (Quiche di Carciofi)
Instructions
Fry the finely chopped shallot in olive oil, add chopped artichokes thin and passed in salted water with a slice of lemon for them not darken.
Add salt and cook for 15 minutes covered.
Round mould lined with baking paper and then with the puff pastry, prick the bottom with a stick because they do not raise during baking and pour the vegetables.
Beat the eggs with the milk and Parmesan, add the parsley, mix well and pour over the vegetables.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Disc 1 of fresh puff pastry (200 g discs)
- 3 artichokes
- 1 shallot
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 glass of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of lemon
