Asparagus quiche
Instructions
Clean asparagus by removing the white part.
Cut the tips in half and sauté them in butter over low heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the sausage, crush it and bake it in a pan without adding fat.
Place the dough in a buttered baking dish, cover the bottom with the sausage then sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Place the asparagus tips on everything, add some butter and bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

- 400 g of bread dough
- 1000 g of asparagus
- 300 g of sausage
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
