Creamy mashed potatoes
Instructions
Peel and cook potatoes to steam for about 20 minutes.
Mash making them fall into a bowl and add the butter.
Stir gently.
In a bowl mix the mascarpone cream and the cream diluted with hot milk and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Stir, adjust salt and pepper.
Everything passes through a sieve by dropping into serving dish.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
Looks like the Montebianco.

- 700 g of potatoes
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 10 cl of milk
- Chopped chives
- Salt
- Pepper
