Pea puree
Instructions
In a skillet saute the onion with the olive oil extra virgin.
Add the wine, let it evaporate, then add the broth.
When the onion will become creamy, add the frozen peas again.
Add salt and cook a few minutes.
Put everything in the mixer, blend and put the mixture into the Pan, add the cream or milk and season with salt and pepper.
Served with homemade Brown Bacon rolls in the oven or in a pan.

- 250 g of frozen peas
- 1 onion
- 100 g of bacon
- White wine
- Broth
- Cream (or milk)
- Salt
- Pepper
