Cheese pudding
Instructions
Put into a bowl the breadcrumbs and cheese; mix well, then add the milk, beaten eggs, pepper, salt and mustard.
Grease a baking dish with tall, pour the mixture and passed in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes, or until the surface of the pudding will be well browned.
Serve immediately in the same pan.
Variation: you can make the lighter pudding and similar to a souffle before joining the beaten yolks, then the egg whites.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of grated cheddar cheese
- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- 25 cl of boiling milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon of english mustard powder
- Salt
- Pepper

- Little of butter
