Instructions

Wash and cut the tomatoes in half horizontally.

Empty seeds and let them drain on a grid, then place them to marinate in oil and salt.

Arrange them on a hot grill and cook them on both sides.

Toss with oil, salt, pepper and chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.
