Instructions
Halve the tomatoes and remove seeds.
Arrange in a baking pan with a bottom layer of water.
Aside from preparing a compound with the other ingredients.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.

- 6 large ripe tomatoes
- Parsley
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 200 g of stuffings (or cottage cheese)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
