Tomatoes with goats
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half, empty them with a spoon, discarding the pulp and seeds, then sprinkle with salt and put them upside down to lose water for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, cream the goat work, combining a little salt, pepper, herbs and chopped and washed a little olive oil.
Divide the cheese in tomato cups dry and decorate each tomato with an olive.

- 4 medium tomatoes all the same
- 250 g of fresh goat cheese
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Some leaves of basil
- 8 stuffed green olives
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Little of salt
- Very of pepper
