Meatloaf with green beans
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and pass them to the vegetable mill.
Boil the beans, chop and sauté in butter.
Combine the potatoes, ricotta, eggs, parmesan cheese and chopped Marjoram, salt and pepper.
Place the mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, olive oil and oregano.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

- 400 g of green beans
- 300 g of potatoes
- 60 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of ricotta
- Olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Oregano
- Marjoram
- Pepper
- Salt
